The Client Specialist is a tactical support role within the Follett Virtual Campus (FVC) client team that is responsible for the day to day maintenance of a group of accounts. Responsibilities include the facilitation of the text book adoption process with the school contact, processing adoptions and order data through the FVC systems.
In this role, you will ensure ongoing, timely communication with the FVC Team Lead and the school's daily contact throughout the adoption, site launch, and in-season sales processes. The Client Specialist is also responsible for being one of the points of contact for the school's online bookstore administrator and providing outstanding service to a diverse client base. Excellent service includes timely and professional communication, low-level issue resolution, and ensuring policy compliance.
* Bachelor's Degree is required, or work equivalent in lieu of a degree * Minimum 1 year in client relations, customer service, and/or retail/account management (preferred). Academic Retail experience a plus * Strong customer service and outreach skills * Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention for detail * Strong analytical skills * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
