Translations.com is looking for an OneLink Implementation Manager (IM) to join our exciting "startup-like environment" where you can display your creative talents and grow with us! OneLink, a specialized website application that offers our clients the ability to support translated versions of their website(s), has been experiencing explosive growth. OneLink is a revolutionary application that handles the entire web localization process, with minimal project management and IT dependencies for the client.

The OneLink IM will be the client advocate throughout the project and manage the on-boarding and scoping process at project launch. As the OneLink IM you will be responsible for educating the client on technical features of OneLink. The successful candidate will have the ability to become a trusted partner and advisor to the client to deliver optimal solutions. You will also have a strong ability to develop strong client relationships and foster new business opportunities with existing contacts.

As an OneLink IM you are a:

Your experience includes:

* BS/BA required
* 2 years minimum experience in Account or Project Management in a web agency or localization environment
* Proven experience managing multi-faceted projects from inception to launch
* Fluency in English and excellent verbal communications skills
* Must possess a sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure
* Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and ownership
