Job Description

You will work closely with and support the Solution Architect team to:

* Design the architecture of software integration solution including the integration with the 3rd party external systems addressing all aspect of the customer's technical and operational requirements. The solution includes all required functionalities comprising hardware, software, security and inter-subsystems networking (Cyber Security, Server Virtualization, IP Networking, WAN Metro Ethernet, etc).
* Participate in direct engagement with the customer and be responsible for understanding on all aspects of the customer's Command and Control Center technical and operational requirements.
* Engage and address customer's technical concerns and requirements comprehensively (hardware, software, interface and security) at both architectural levels as well as down to sub-system component levels.
* Sift through all customer engagements and be able to quickly identify key requirement concerns which will have a great impact on the solution design. Be able to provide creative solutions and technical explanation (in the form of technical clarification, whitepaper or presentation) to address these concerns.
* Liaise and work with Motorola's Global Product Development and Software Solution teams for unique customer solution development and to secure product/solution commitments meeting customer's delivery and implementation schedule.
* Setup demonstration system for Proof of Concept (POC) engagement with the customer
* Participate in RFP/proposal generation, develop Bill of Material, selection of 3rd party vendor solutions, SOW (Scope Of Work) write-up, etc.
