Responsibilities:

* Work with a group of talented engineers to architect and implement new ad offerings that scale our business, as well as tools and algorithms to help our advertisers realize the potential of our ads platform
* Develop a breadth of knowledge across the stack and drive cross-functional teams to build high-quality products and systems
* Collaborate with Design, Product and Engineering teams to shape product design and specifications
* Engage with our members, advertisers, and revenue team to shape the roadmap of ads

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (3+ years) work experience
* A full-stack mindset - you enjoy and are quick to pick up new languages and platforms
* Data analysis skills and experience running experiments
* Extensive knowledge of testing best practices including unit and integration testing
* Strong collaboration and communication skills both verbal and written
* Advertising domain experience preferred
