Field Service Engineer Join the industry leader to design the next generation of breakthroughs
Provide customer support on Honeywell Systems; understand customer key processes and economic drivers and translate those into business opportunities. Provide technical support to customers and serve as customer contact for service related issues Perform process analysis and optimization. Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Honeywell hardware and software including: Experion PKS, Honeywell's Batch Manager, EBR and other DCS hardware / software such as LCN,TPS.
Be the faceof Honeywell to with end-users, peers, and competitors
Learn end-to-end product and solution development and delivery of Honeywell
products and solutions
Become a technical expert for complex Honeywell solutions/product offerings
Key Responsibilities Validate customer request Educate customer and field technicians Write documentation used by field technicians Ensure Right and Fast Delivery
YOU MUST HAVE
* Bachelor's degree * 3+ years experience with DCS, Honeywell Experion preferred
* 5+ years industry experience * Previous technical/installation experience * Previous customer service experience * Good written and oral communication * Advanced Degree * Good presentation skills
