About the Role

Uber Freight App Engagement Operations is pioneering the way we guide drivers through the app onboarding process.

We're looking for candidates that are problem solvers at their core, that thrive in a fast paced environment, that enjoy person-to-person interactions, and that are eager to create an environment to pilot new onboarding support products and modalities. We are seeking a Freight Document Review Specialist to help us grow the Uber Freight app from the ground up! You'll be collecting documents from carriers as they sign up for Uber Freight, and ensuring that each document meets the standards of our company.

What You'll Do / What You'll Need / Bonus Points / About the Team

Responsibilities Include:

* Document review, verification and data entry
* Communicating with multiple teams and customers (drivers) to provide support over document review process
* Utilizing online and offline sources to stay on top of Uber processes and tools
* Collaborating with peers and other departments to streamline process
* Escalating any exceptions to current state of Funnel Ops process
* Working with product team and compliance team to continually improve processes and system
* Weekend shift work available

* Strong attention to detail
* Strong communication skills, will be communicating internally and externally
* Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
* Ability to work with sensitive information
* Motivation to solve unique problems creatively and efficiently

* Ability to learn and utilize new technologies (Mac products, apps, devices, programs)
