Job Description

The Team

Microsoft is a Productivity and Platform company for the mobile-first and cloud-first world. We reinvent productivity to empower every person and every organization on the planet to do more and achieve more. Business Applications is a key growth area for Microsoft. As a foundational pillar of the company, the Business Applications Group (BAG) is building the next generation of business applications and platforms.

With the power of Mixed Reality, we understand data in context and simplify workflows to extend human ability. By blending the digital and real worlds, we can better understand the world around us and redefine what is possible. The Mixed Reality at Work studio (MRW) is responsible for bringing this vision to everyday organizations to make workers more effective, help businesses transform, and ensure everyone has a place in the workforce and workplace of tomorrow.

To accomplish our vision, the Insight Studio team within MRW delivers insights that enable our organization to build products that customers buy, use, and love. We are a multi-disciplinary team that has been designed for autonomy of execution but maintains strategic alignment with organizational objectives. We are inclusive, collaborative, and can't wait to meet you and see how you bring your unique talents to work with us.

The Role

Are you a customer-focused individual who enjoys working on early stage technology? Do you have a passion for learning about customers and their businesses with a beginner's mind, and then bringing solutions that not only satisfy their needs but exceed their expectations? If yes, then this is the role for you.

We are looking for someone with proven product, technical, and engineering skills, and a track record of leading successful enterprise customer engagements. A critical part of this function is listening to and channeling customer feedback into substantial product improvements. You will be a deep subject matter expert on both our products and customers. Further, you will develop a keen understanding of customer success and failure to inform our short- and long-term strategies.

If you love working in a startup environment where you constantly learn and grow, then join us. Together, we can change the nature of what it means to work.

* Direct enterprise customer engagement experience at a deep and strategic level, either in an engineering role with a customer focus or a field role with a technical focus (3+ years)
* Experience presenting to executives, IT staff, and end users; able to pivot quickly and adapt messaging to suit a range of audience technical levels and requirements (3+ years)
* Program Management experience (3+ years)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related field
