Job Description

What You'll Get to Do:

As a Customer Services and Information Technology Officer you will provide service desk support. You will provide customer service to customers experiencing IT issues via phone/remote desktop support sessions.

More About the Role:

* Utilize honed customer service skills to thoroughly and efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues and errors for users
* Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
* Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
* Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by employees
* Walk the user through the problem-solving process and direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

* TS/SCI w/ poly required
* BA/BS and 7+ years of related experience
* Must have experience providing customer service in an IT service desk environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Must have knowledge of administrative tools and consoles
* Must have proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
* Must be tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
* Must have excellent understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
* Have the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues and be customer-oriented and have a positive attitude.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

* Experience with the customer product base (software/hardware) is preferred, but not required.
