Job Description

CACI is seeking an experienced .NET developer who is passionate about building high-quality web systems with software implementation best practices to join our team at one of our Arlington client site locations. The work is in a fast-paced, high visibility, client site environment supporting the Department of Defense. The work will be performed on a contract as a member of a large, highly productive team and contribute to building and supporting systems used to support the Department's financial management processes.

The successful candidate will participate in the planning, design, and maintenance of a suite of .NET based web applications. Development efforts are expected to result in well organized and structured deliverables aimed at being easy to understand by others on the development team. Candidates must be able to articulate ideas and also possess ability to communicate verbally and in writing task status, unit test results, technical concepts, issues and questions with the team.

Responsibilities include:

* Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software. Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
* Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
* Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
* Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
* May act as leader on projects.

Required:

* Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
* 7+ years development using Microsoft Visual Studio
* 7+ years developing .NET Web Applications

Desired:

* Experience with TFS and Toad
