Overview

Tiffany & Co. is currently seeking an Analyst-EPM out of our Parsippany, NJ offices. The Analyst - EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) will provide administration and support for our EPM suite of Hyperion products, while working closely with the Consolidations, Corporate Accounting, Global Financial Planning & Analysis and business finance teams to support and enhance complex business solutions and processes. This includes metadata management, rule maintanence, testing and problem resolution. Works closely with EPM Supervisor for problem resolution efforts with IT, as well as 3rd party vendors. May be required to provide support after hours, when needed.

Responsibilities

The Analyst-EPM will perform configuration changes and customization to support business requirements on an ongoing basis. Applications include: Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Management Quality Enterprise (FDMEE) , Shared Services, Financial Reporting (FR), and use of LCM for data migrataion. This role will work with business users as well as IT group to ensure business requirements are met, including problem resolution and systems testing, document configuration of the financial business application solutions, solutions that provide new or enhanced functionality, as well as any item that is transitioned to Production Support.

The Analyst will also support the end user community by providing assistance with report creation/implementation, Excel Smart View, and user training, and support current EPM/COA projects implementation with testing, update of several FR reports and smart view excels.

Qualifications

* BA/BS from an accredited university with a degree in Accounting, Finance, IT or related field required• Strong financial systems background with 3+ years of Hyperion EPM administration experience:Experience with Oracle EPM Suite: Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), , FDM and/or FDMEE, Financial Reporting (FR) and Smart ViewStrong understanding Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Management Quality Enterprise (FDMEE), Shared Services and LCM. Orientation towards teamwork with strong communication, interpersonal and financial management skills• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills• Ability to work independently• Ability to work under pressure and multi task with time sensitive constraints• EPM 11.1.2.x experience preferred• Knowledge of Hyperion Planning and/or EPBCS and Essbase administration preferred• JD Edwards experience preferred• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred
