Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Workforce Management Analyst will be a Kronos functional resource responsible for the configuration and business process enhancements within the specific enterprise Kronos functional area. This role will support a team member and be responsible for monitoring and reviewing security request changes for approvals or denials within the environments. In addition, the analyst will provide assistance in creating new workforce policies and procedures.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Application Architecture/Configuration:
* Maintain master data configuration ensuring master data sync between other systems
* Maintain Business Processes (break/fix and enhancements)
* Provide subject matter expertise to the BPO's. Keep up to date on functionality and training
* Work with BPO's to develop requirements for changes and work with relevant resources to implement change and prioritize workload
* Assist with testing of integration / security cases
* Assist in resolving User "How To" questions and coordinate with BPO's to maintain relevant job aids/learning/communications
* Coordinate feature/function cases with Kronos
* Identify areas for process improvement
Security:
* Understand security and data privacy standards
* Develop and maintain awareness of data security and comply with policies and procedures (working closely with Security lead)
* Grant security access following security protocols established by the security lead and configurator
* Assist with compliance reporting
* Serve as escalation point for unresolved security issues from Help Desk
Solution:
* Deep understanding of data model, corporate system architecture, interfaces, reporting, and data loading procedures
* Heavily involved in requirements gathering, designs, and tech QA reviews
* Enforce data governance and attention to data quality
* Works across various platforms (data warehouse, web services, various file exchanges, etc.)
Integrations:
* Create and maintain related calculated fields for integrations; communicate calculated fields needs across areas to avoid redundancy and achieve efficiency
* Work across various platforms that integrate with Kronos
* Work on multiple enhancements / projects and other duties as assigned
* Reviews release notes and works with team to assess impacts and coordinate integration testing
HOW YOU CAN FIT
* 2-3 years of experience working with Kronos Workforce Central including the functional, architectural, and configuration knowledge of Kronos Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Scheduler
* Workday and Kronos iSeries knowledge preferred
* Application Support Service experience
* Strong knowledge of web services, SOAP, WDSL, XML, XSLT or XPATH.
* Kronos WIM and SQL or advanced query language skills preferred
* SOX knowledge where required
* Strong communication skills and a customer service orientation required
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong problem solving and communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Query language skills preferred
* Experience implementing or reporting from a data warehouse
* Experience with data models, security, reporting and integration
* This is a project-based opportunity with benefits
