UI Software Engineer - Document Assembly

Position Summary
We are looking for a front-end focused Full Stack Software Engineer to help build a new product line to support the vision of the "System of Agreement" and take DocuSign to the next level. This person will be able to seamlessly integrate into agile teams and work closely with all facets of the organization (products, back-end development, QA, UX, and Design) to achieve high quality results.
This team is working towards launching a v1 document assembly product that will support robust document editing, document template generation, document collaboration, conditional content, and DocuSign tagging functionality.
This is an Individual Contributor position and reports to the Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities
Write high quality code across the stack that is easy to maintain and test
Collaborate with the rest of the engineering organization to design and launch new features
Proactively raise issues that might impact delivery commitments
Research new features and technologies
Fix production issues and maintain the code as needed
Basic Qualifications
5+ years experience as a software engineer
5+ years professional experience building complex, scalable front-end web applications
Experience with one or more modern JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS, etc.
Experience with C#, Java or any modern object-oriented programming language
B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in high scale, highly available (99.99+) systems
Passion for UI; good sense of usability and design
Excellent problem-solving skills and the willingness and ability to rapidly learn new technologies and tool sets
