We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Senior Program Manager for our Amazon Last Mile team.

The Senior Program Manager, Change Management for Last Mile will create and manage innovative business solutions for our Delivery Service Partners (DSP). This person must be a customer focused individual. This position requires strong self-motivation and project management skills. This position will create process or mechanisms to effectively audit, approve or communicate policy, SOP or best practice changes that impact DSPs He/she will be a single threaded leader to partner with Product and Program teams to project manage, track, approve and execute all policy/SOP changes and to communicate appropriately to both DSP and internal teams. This Senior Program Manager will spot risks and ask the right questions to ensure appropriate trade-offs are made with any changes impacting DSPs and will be the source of truth for all policies related to the NA DSP program. In addition, he/she will manage the NA Ops Manual and lead continues improvement projects related to content accessibility, usability, completeness and branding.

In this role, your key responsibilities will be leading a team to:

* Project manage all policy/SOP changes impacting NA DSP program
* Relentlessly advocate for DSP's and striving to simplify and improve their delivery experience
* Manage and build relationships with support teams to enhance coordination and improve team process
* Dive into complex processes and systems to discover issues and opportunities
* Manage and audit the NA Operations Manual
