We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to manage complex strategic projects within T-Mobile Indirect Channel and IoT sales. This position will be responsible for projects moving forward through well-defined engagement models and on schedule by partnering both internally and externally to ensure successful outcomes. * 4 to 7 years of experience managing complex strategic customer facing programs/projects with a strong understanding of telecom and IoT.
* 2-4 years Supervisory or program management experience.
* Proven track record in working with 3rd parties and startups.
* Project/Program Management experience in the deployment of technologies in a highly complex commercial environment.
* Ability to influence with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and demonstrate passion for T-Mobile.
* An ability to identify and have a high-level understanding of general contract issues.
* Travel up to 25%
* Bachelors degree required. PMP and/or MBA preferred

What you will do:

* You will establish best practices for engagement models.
* You will establish project plan baselines for: scope, resources, milestones, dependencies, tracking mechanisms, contingency plans.
* You will socialize and gain buy-in from all project participants, key influencers and stakeholders.
* You will drive project execution from start to finish: tracking activities, monitor and addressing changes, managing conflicts and resolving critical issues.
* You will handle partner engagement: assessment, planning and management of complex technical projects by arranging meetings and calls with the appropriate resources as needed.
* Develop the model for managing programs by establishing simple processes, schedules, methods and tools with creative ideas.
* Track record showing implementation of complex programs with multiple workstreams
* Exceptional time management and organizational skills a must.
