* As a Sr. Analyst you will perform business process analysis, developing technology solutions to complex or unusual problems relating to client implementations/migrations.
* You will coordinate the collection and preparation of requirement documents for technology projects.
* You will be the liaison between Technology solutions and the client ensuring needs are being met.
* You will lead solution design to ensure business needs for the department
* Possess leadership qualities, including assertiveness and demonstrate good judgment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to effectively present information
* Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
* Ability to create complex queries and report generation tools.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from 4-year college or university and 4 - 6 years of related experience.

* Ability to effectively present information.
