JOB SUMMARYThe Senior Data Protection Security QA will identify, designing and implementing data protection security solutions into our quality assurance and system development framework that protect the organization's data resources from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, destruction, modification or manage risks related to data privacy and protection, and escalate risks and issues to management. This candidate will lead multiple projects and coordinate with and influence decision makers with privacy focus while addressing business needs. They help define and implement data management and protection into and Agile development framework.

CBRE is looking for a dynamic and highly-motivated individual that is seeking a position with the global leader in commercial real estate services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Coordinate with executives, key stakeholders and business partners throughout the enterprise regarding data management and privacy issues, requirements and request.
* Review Privacy requirements for system testing and quality assurance.
* Provide expertise on decisions and priorities regarding data management and data privacy.
* Have a working knowledge of data management and privacy principles, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other existing and emerging privacy issues and risks.
* Simplify complex ideas and present the information in group settings.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) or Master's degree in related field of work or equivalent work experience.
* 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience
* Industry related certifications preferred. (CIPP, CIPT, CIPM)
* Strong process and data management skills with an emphasis on risk management.
* Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
* Project management, preferred Agile Scrum certification
* Strong communication and conceptual skills with desire to share knowledge and cross-train.
* Proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic is a must.
