Responsibilities:

* Monitor the status of the liquidity base at all times and interact with market makers and clients when needed.
* Report any trade issues with either market makers or clients immediately.
* Work with Liquidity group personnel, sales and clients to resolve any trade disputes that may occur between platform participants.
* Coordinate with Cboe FX Sales team for all onboarding requirements (UAT and PROD), FIX and market data onboarding's and certifications.
* Troubleshooting root cause analysis and communicating any client issues that may arise.
* FIX and market data onboarding certifications troubleshooting and review.
* Coordinate with sales, development and market operations on the platform operations and health.
* Interact with Cboe FX Prime Brokers regarding client integration or issues that may arise.
* Manage support issues and escalate technical issues appropriately.
* Monitor all electronic alerts and respond as needed.

* Work Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm, holiday's included.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years working in FX environment customer facing support role.
* Strong computer and communication skills.
* Foreign Language Skills are optional but preferred.
* Trading support experience is a plus.
* Familiar with JIRA (preferred)
* Familiar with FIX protocol and low latency trading systems (preferred)
* Linux command line experience (preferred)
* Some shell scripting and Linux performance analysis (optional but preferred)
* Familiar with networking fundamentals and debugging tools (telnet, ping, traceroute, netstat and wireshark)
