Responsibilities

* We focus on the highest quality customer satisfaction and timely support. Your role this this position will be to identify, analyze, and deliver solutions to customers.
* Knowledge of, or willing to learn Human Resources and Payroll software to resolve customer's questions.
* Monitor and manage open customer cases.

Qualifications

* A cumulative of 4 years' experience: BS/BA with no work experience; AS/AA and 2-year work experience; or 4 years' work experience, preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, managers, and executives on technical and business issues.
* Experience providing high quality customer support in an environment where reliability and punctuality were highly valued. Strong organizational, project management, and negotiation skills.
