About Us

AppDynamics is an application performance monitoring solution that uses machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) to provide real-time visibility and insight into IT environments. About the Team

AppDynamics is the fastest growing APM product on the market. APM Platform owns the Agent communication and powers our UI to display the data collected by Agents. Our team helps build backend API that track, follow agents requests and are used to map customer environment. We build software that collects data from millions of producers and processes them to provide insights into customer application. Our code helps diagnose issues in our customers' applications in real time. We enable other teams to develop cloud and container monitoring technologies. As part of the role, you will have the chance to create microservices that are the building blocks for our product.

About You

You design. You know when to choose a technology or apply a specific design pattern. You code. You are familiar with multiple programming languages and proficient in at-least one object oriented language (Ex: Java, Python, C++).

You love to solve problems. You have troubleshooted problems in production and pre-production environments. You understand basic CS concepts, such as elementary data structures (maps, graphs, lists, etc.), and estimating time/space complexity using "big O" notation. But you also know how to seek real-world problems that require practical answers.

You are independent, but you can collaborate with others, both in and outside your team. You love mentoring others. You can communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. You frequently present your ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
