Site Security Associate

Provide industrial security support with an emphasis on maintaining compliance with both company and government security requirements. Implement the classification management oversight of classified contract awards. This will include the review and interpretation of contract classification guidance, support of DoD programs and areas in support of these classified contracts, and to perform as the primary classified document control representative. Additional duties include assisting in the implementation of the Security Awareness Training Education (SATE) program; writing and implementation of security plans, local security instructions, and procedures; security briefings; self-inspections/audits; database maintenance/management; investigation of security incidents/violations; assisting with the management of a COMSEC account and support of international programs. Position requires interaction with all levels of management.

Required Skills:

* High school, secondary school or equivalent with 6 years of experience. May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience.
* Active Secret Clearance
* Related work experience and familiarity with the requirements of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity
* Self-starter with minimal supervision
* Ability to plan, schedule, and arrange activities in accomplishing objectives
* Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Ability to display tact, discretion and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of Raytheon employees
* Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
* Ability to complete tasks as described within the above job description

Required Education:

* High school, secondary school or equivalent with 6 years of experience. May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience.
* This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
