We are currently seeking highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architects with experience in projects with Salesforce as the major technology. We are seeking out the best problem-solvers, idea-makers, and high-energy Salesforce professionals for our fast-growing practice area. We need people with good instincts and a positive outlook that can overcome any obstacle.

Responsibilities:

* You will drive and ensure the qualities of a well-architected system for correctness, reliability, robustness, audit-ability, scalability, redundancy, recoverability and security.
* You'll identify business requirements from the stakeholders on the project and then designing configurable enterprise system based on those requirements.
* You are going to proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal partners.
* You will quickly analyze new business processes and perform business process re-engineering as needed.

Required Qualifications:

* You should have at least 13 years of IT experience.
* You should bring at least 8 years of experience in professional services consultation.
* We seek someone with at least 6 years of experience in SalesForce.com project implementation.
* You will need to be proficient in Apex, Visual Force, API, Lightning and have familiarity with Agile process.
* We are looking for someone with expertise in Case and Task management.
* You're going to need design and implementation experience with SFDC (Service Cloud).
* You should be able to clearly articulate how business functionality can be mapped to Salesforce out of the box and be aware of potential opportunities for customization.
* You will need to bring full life cycle implementation and support experience in Salesforce.
* We want you to have a SalesForce.com certification.
* You should be able to work well in a multi-functional environment and possess strong interpersonal communication and client coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* An advanced degree would be an advantage.
