343 Industries, the studio developing titles in the Halo universe, is looking for a talented gameplay engineer to join our multiplayer team working on the next installment in our franchise… Halo Infinite!

At 343 Industries, our mission is to inspire heroes and deliver wonder. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Multiplayer team as we bring the next installment in this epic saga to life. As a member of the multiplayer team, you will join the passionate ranks of engineers and designers behind Halo 5's extremely well-received Arena, Warzone, and Forge game modes to deliver exciting, world-class multiplayer experiences to our fans. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and iterative environment to help prove out new concepts quickly and fail fast when needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and an eye for building out prototypes that can be efficiently evolved into complete features. This is an opportunity to have a significant impact on one of the biggest multiplayer franchises in the industry and provide limitless entertainment to millions of players worldwide!

Basic Qualifications:

* 5+ years of professional experience with C++

Preferred Qualifications:

* Professional game development experience on one or more shipped titles
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and debugging skills
* Passion for creating great experiences for players!
* Experience working closely with creative team members to deliver features
* Experience working on large and complex codebases.
* Experience with Lua, particularly as an embedded scripting language
* Experience working with multithreaded game engines

* Participate in systems design and planning to establish a solid technical foundation for new code.
