One of our key priorities this year is to consolidate the number of applications the seller is using and reduce the time spent with these tools. Become part of a technically strong team that is on the forefront of these cutting-edge efforts and help us tackle our upcoming challenges.

We are looking for a Senior Release Program Manager that will manage and evolve the end-to-end Release Management processes from demand intake through post-delivery. This is a pivotal role that works across 500+ engineers to help us with building a world class delivery pipeline.

Required:

* 7+ years of IT/software program management in agile environment
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field

Preferred:

* Demonstrated experience leveraging data analysis to solve complex problems and influence product decisions
* Excellent communication skills and working at various altitudes of an organization
* Demonstrated experience as a change agent driving large initiatives requiring change management techniques
* Hands on experience with engineering tools (Azure DevOps, TFS, JIRA, or other)
* Preferred:
* Demonstrated experience with all facets of release management
* Familiarity with Microsoft security and compliancy processes

* Define and evolve existing frameworks for project planning, execution, and release activities
* Drive regular project meetings and ensure issues, risks, and actions are tracked and have mitigation and resolution plans in place
* Facilitate the definition and completion of release criteria for major milestones
* Help bridge the gap across project stakeholders and dependencies
* Provide project status updates to stakeholders
* Build and maintain project health dashboards to surface metrics that can be used across various stakeholder communities
* Design and develop tools and services to support data-driven decisions
* Write effective status reports to key stakeholders and partners across Microsoft
* Manage the release readiness meetings and post action follow-up to ensure compliancy requirements are met
