As a Program Manager in the MMD team, you will get an amazing opportunity to extend your knowledge of several important Microsoft products and technical areas including Windows, Office and our cloud based management suite, and drive product improvements into Microsoft 365. You will also work closely with experts and key customers in defining and rolling out this offering. Finally, you will be part of the team designing new capabilities for our core products and data driven insight offerings in this space to enhance the value of what we can bring to our customer base. You will be part of a small, agile team working with experienced engineers that will behave more like a startup team. Team members will do what is necessary to design and establish the offering and help customers and partners be successful.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Science or other technical field
* 5+ years of program management experience and shipping products

Preferred Qualifications:

* Ambitious, self-motivated
* Excellent track record of shipping and cross group collaboration
* Experience working on OS, software and services or similarly deep technological areas
* Experience in data and analytics

Excellent documentation, communication and presentation skills

The goal of MMD is to delight users and free up IT. There are a number of unique differentiators in MMD that we want to demonstrate to customers. Insights is a key strategy to help us achieve that. We have a lot of data from many different channels today, but we need to explore, define and develop insights to delight customers, enable proactive operations and support, and reduce cost to us, customers and partners. Your responsibility is to develop deep understanding of customer needs to drive both short term and long term wins in the insights space. You will need to understand MMD customer promises in depth and breath. Your job is to help define the vision and roadmap of MMD insights, and be one of the general contractors to drive the deliverables and execution within broad MMD team.
