An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

The Senior Principal Consultant acts in a lead capacity, responsible for implementation of Oracle Flexcube products for tier1 customers across Americas. Works within a team that is responsible for planning, analyzing, creating, designing, testing, Migration and implementing new Oracle Financial solutions. Gathers and organizes information on current business processes and procedures, documents findings, and analyzes findings to design Oracle Cloud Financial systems solutions that solve specific business problems related to financial and accounting systems. Prepares recommendations for implementation of new systems and procedures, as well as business process redesign. Confers with business and project management to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures, user acceptance testing and training. Reviews and maps business processes, and executes day-to-day activities of advisory engagements for a variety of clients--including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. The Senior Principal Consultant also reviews business processes and advises client on system services available within the Oracle Financials suite of applications, while identifying and communicating their findings to senior management and client personnel.

* Technical Skills Expected of an SA *

Core Java EE Development/Architecture

Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL

Knowledge scripting tools ( Javascript)

Experience in WebServices (SOAP & REST using XML/JSON Payloads)

Knowledge of Core Java, SQL, basics of Unix and windows servers, Installations & deployment of web-based applications, working knowledge of Oracle Database, Weblogic, Websphere, working knowledge of UML.

Must be authorized to work within USA.
