Come join the team that is building the Dynamics Customer Insights application and underlying technologies within the Business Applications Group (BAG), leveraging multiple ship vehicles, and a host of consumption surfaces, including Dynamics 365, Power BI, etc. The technology built by this team applies latest AI/Machine Learning technologies to unlock insights from large quantities of customer data, and then moves from insights into the most optimal actions for businesses of all shapes and sizes. This flow quite literally translates into money earned and/or saved for the customer (typically a business or enterprise), and so this product quickly pays for itself many times over. This team owns a charter which is amongst the most interesting and exciting across the industry, combining: A) big data scale; B) machine learning; and C) near real-time insights. This 3-pronged challenge is as tough and as cutting edge as it gets. Come, challenge yourself to work on large scale problems on a service that is taking the world by storm.

* MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical fields with knowledge and experience of AI/Machine Learning.
* 5+ years of industry experience in developing machine learning models and performing data analysis.
* Proficient in one low level computer languages such as C#, Java, C++ or Scala, and in one scripting languages such as Python, R or SQL.
* Experience working with cloud computing data platforms (e.g. Cosmos, Hadoop or Apache Spark) a plus.
* Self-learner with passion for technologies.
* Passion for quality and building Internet scale systems.
* Independent, with internal drive and self-motivated.

We are looking for an experienced data/applied scientist to be part of a team that develops the Dynamic Consumer Insight experiences. As a data/applied scientist, you will be responsible for designing, developing advanced machine learning algorithms/models for business applications such as customer churn, customer lifetime value, production recommendation and smart segmentation. In addition to model/algo development, you will also need to collaborate closely with our talented software engineers to architect/design the intelligent modules of the system and integrate the implemented ML models into our systems and services built on Azure.
