Job Description

As a Product Manager in Facebook's Developer Infrastructure organization, you will be responsible for building innovative, first-in-class tooling and internal products that empower all of our engineers to move fast and build products for our community at scale. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Managers to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. The developer products team is working to support and reimagine how we build software at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools and products for Facebook engineers



Create a shared IDE and developer tooling strategy for the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution

Drive product development with multiple teams of world-class engineers, designers, and product specialists

Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity & product satisfaction

Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* 9+ years product management or product design experience



9+ years experience in technical architecture of web applications and/or media products

Organizational and analytical experience

9+ years experience designing user interfaces and performing user research

9+ years experience creating examples through wire frames and mock ups

9+ years experience managing developer and/or other technical products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience developing social products, technologies and platforms
