You'll have the opportunity to upgrade customers from Windows 7 PC to Windows 10 PC and leave customers in a state of continued productivity. This position contributes to our vision by:

* • Supporting Windows 10 upgrade & deployment
* • Installing, rebuilding, repairing and replacing existing Personal Computer (PC) infrastructure and configures Operating System in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
* • Applying OS upgrades and patches on a regular basis;
* • Answering Helpdesk phone and responding to tickets

Job requirements

* • Requires an Associates degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Science, or Engineering and a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefers a Bachelor's degree.
* • Requires computer knowledge, specifically PC hardware and Windows 10
* • Requires excellent written and verbal communications
* • Requires excellent customer service
