Oracle Fusion Senior Support Analyst Infoblox

Job Description

Infoblox is seeking an Oracle Fusion Senior Support Analyst to join our IT Applications team in Tacoma, WA or remotely located in the US. This is a highly visible role supporting the Oracle Fusion Application. This role is responsible for all P2P and O2C support issues and month-end and quarter-end issues.. This role reports to the Manager, IT Applications in Santa Clara, CA.

In this role, you will be expected to work with the Application Development team and business stakeholders to support Infoblox Fusion systems. Previous hands-on experience in all functional areas will be crucial to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for supporting day to day Oracle Fusion O2C, P2P and Finance support issues and enhancements
* Responsible for supporting month-end and quarter-end close process
* Coordinate with offshore support team to assign, prioritize, and resolve incidents and enhancements
* Coordinate with Application Development team for critical issues, design analysis, and enhancements
* Coordinate with SFDC support team for any issues with O2C process
* Establishing a strong relationship with Finance, Procurement, MFG Ops, and PMO business team
* Manage Oracle SR (Service Requests) process and assist team with the planning and testing of updates and patches/release

Requirements:

* 6 to 9 years as Oracle techno functional role, with demonstrated hands on experience in Oracle Apps technology
* 2 to 3 years of Oracle Fusion experience
* Hands on and strong experience with Oracle Fusion modules (Oracle -SCM, PDH, Order Orchestration, AR, Inventory)
* Understanding in P2P and Finance modules
* Proven experience in defining and gaining cross functional O2C Business process knowledge
* Strong technical skills around OTBI Reporting, Hyperion FRS Reporting, Approval rules, Web-Services (SOAP/REST), WebLogic, ADF, JCS/JCS-SX, User Provisioning and Custom Role Creation in Oracle Fusion
* Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

Education:

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems or equivalent IT experience
