Required Skills:

* Must have experience in Active Directory and Windows device management
* Must have experience in enterprise software operating environments in a technical role, including - but not limited to - design, implementation, monitoring and support, disaster recovery, etc.
* Must have programming or scripting experience with a proven ability to author automated infrastructure solutions
* Must have Cloud infrastructure management experience with Microsoft Azure (and in addition - AWS or another cloud services provider is a plus)
* Must have Hands-on experience with identity management and modern authentication using Azure Active Directory
* Must have hands-on administration and implementation experience with the Microsoft 365 platform, including Intune, productivity tools (Office 365)
* Experience with Microsoft data protection technologies (Azure Information Protection) is a strong plus
* Experience with distributed source code control systems (e.g. Git/GitHub) and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) is a plus

Business acumen to understand impact of changes and services disruptions to operations

* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
* Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical resources to architect, design, and implement solutions
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex technical problems with team members, customers, and vendors quickly and effectively
* Ability to work successfully as part of a global, virtual team

Required Qualifications:

* BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or a related field
* Minimum 5+ years of experience
* Microsoft 365 Expert
* In depth Office 365 knowledge and skills
* Familiarity working with ITIL framework and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

* Microsoft 365 Certification preferred
* Experience working in a global organization a plus.

The Microsoft 365 Architect is a technical role with experience in multiple technologies for the delivery of multiple cloud services utilized by end users for productivity and communications. The Architect role provides expertise within IT and across the business supporting solutions that enhance productivity with a focus on building a flexible, scalable, and secure solutions in Office 365. The position requires in-depth knowledge of the entire O365 application stack, and how to best leverage and integrate those applications in the enterprise environment. . These solutions should enable identity and access management, productivity, data access, mobility management and increase the organizations ability to collaborate across teams, departments, and geographic regions.

This position also provides technical leadership and escalation for resolving incidents, fulfilling work requests, and completing project deliverables. This position may require travel to interact with team members and business partners as needed for project activities. Looking for someone who can build a modern and collaborative company intranet.

* Participates in the development and maintenance of technology roadmaps
* Participate in short- and long-term enterprise architecture planning to meet current and expanding business requirements
* Build out and manage the organization-wide rollout of enterprise Microsoft 365 platform (Identity and Access Management via Azure AD, Enterprise Mobility Management via Intune, Productivity via Office 365, and Security and Data Protection via Azure Information Protection, etc.)
* Build out the configuration and manage the rollout of Windows-based corporate systems and personal mobile devices via Microsoft Intune
* Manage deployment and administration of Microsoft 365 Product components (Intune, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Skype for Business, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Groups, etc.)
* Build and maintain automation to manage the cloud infrastructure and server instances
* Configure and monitor cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS (including VPC and network configuration, security and single sign-on, etc.)
* Work with the Information Security and Software Development departments to design and build a secure operating environment and data flow
* Develop testing and implementation plans for projects with multiple deliverables
* Helps to define and measure KPIs to maintain health of services
* Participates in initiatives to evolve technologies and drive continuous improvement of services
* Acts as escalation point for complex issues related to areas of expertise
* Collaborates with all areas of IT to design and implement solutions
* Leads project planning and execution for infrastructure projects
* Provides technical leadership as part of cross-functional project teams
* Participates in recovery, maintenance, and project activities outside normal business hours as needed
* Prepare detailed documentation of all engineered work and solutions
* Consistently provide high quality work in a deadline driven environment
