Job Title: Lead QA Engineer

Location: Roseland, NJ

Job Duties:

ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Lead QA Engineer at our Roseland, NJ location. Responsibilities: Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) projects across Scrum Teams and with integration partners in software test environments. Design software test plans, execute test cases, identify and maintain test data, and analyze testing results. Leverage test automation to develop Agile testing processes and collaborate with Agile team members to deliver production-ready software codes. Identify, communicate, and document discrepancies encountered during software testing processes. Participate in the continuous improvement of automation strategies and frameworks. Develop innovative test automation frameworks that support progressive automation. Execute functional, system, integration, regression, automation, and performance software testing.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field plus six (6) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master's degree plus four (4) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree plus six years of experience. Telecommuting permitted.

Work Experience:

Four (4) years of experience must include: Programming languages, including C, JavaScript, VBScript, and SQL; Web Services testing using Soap-UI/POSTMAN; Test NG and Jenkins frameworks; Protractor; Cucumber; Gherkins; Test Automation tools, including HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT); Web applications compatibility testing using Jenkins, Selenium, and Sauce labs; AIX/UNIX/LINUX Systems; Relational databases, including MS SQL Server and Oracle; and Load/Stress software test analysis.
