Job Description

Lead IT Analyst Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity

You will support the implementation and delivery of different IT projects on time. You will interface with a broad group of internal stakeholders, external vendors and partners and play a key role in helping achieve project objectives and in supporting overall project delivery. You will use project management tools to ensure adherence to standards and compliance regulations. You will support the development of detailed plans for a project, including the schedule, budget, project owners duties and you will collaborate with various teams to monitor projects to ensure progress according to plan, scope and budget. Ensure 100% compliance and up time of the Kronos application. Serve as the subject matter expert for Kronos (timekeeping, scheduling, attendance module and reporting) for all locations across the enterprise, and assist managing critical activities including system upgrades, user acceptance testing and roll-outs. Must have SQL and interface experience. Analyze business needs and the impact of proposed configuration changes and make recommendations to leadership. Understand and support of Honeywell's strategic and operating plans as they relate to management of the workforce and standardization (currently US, future Global).

Supporting existing and new configuration of the Kronos Workforce Central v8 suite for Corporate, HCE and PMT.

Analyzing configuration and delivery of new requirements, enhancements and or upgrades

Supplying 3 level support when needed

Interface monitoring and support

System performance measuring and enhancements

Ensuring that all work balances out to the supplied budgets

YOU MUST HAVE

* 3-5 years of Kronos workforce experience
* 3-5 years of experience with Payroll System Integration
* Bachelor's degree
