Job Description

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Analyze, develop, test and support software applications.
* Lead solution development project teams for design and development of e-commerce / mobile software applications.
* Advise on software application standards and methods and ensure compliance.
* Perform full life cycle of application development including requirements analysis, design, development, defect fixes, QA support, testing.
* Provide support to architects with conceptual and logical architectures design.
* Optimize integration between E-Commerce and back-end software applications.
* Identify, analyze and fix security and performance concerns of applications.
* Develop and enhance tools and processes to enhance productivity of development teams.
* Perform comparative analyses of commercial / open source tools in market relevant to solutions to assist architects make a suitable decision.
* Technical environment: ATG, Java, J2EE, XML, JSON, XSD, SOAP/REST web services, API, Web Services, Oracle database (SQL, PL/SQL programming), SVN, Git, JBoss, Jira, Visio, eclipse, Jenkins, Third Party Integration (Paypal, Cybersource, Bazaarvoice), Caching Solutions (Coherence/Redis), Performance Analysis (JMeter, MAT, DynaTrace), Microservices Architecture, Security Standards (OWASP, Sonar Security), JMS/Message Brokers, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, ATG Design Patterns, CI/CD (Jenkins), Testing Frameworks (ATGDust, Mockito, PowerMock, Selenium, UFT), Quality check tools (SonarQube, CS/FB/PMD), Application modeling and UML (Visio/RationalRose), SDLC methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall), Shell programming language, ATG Installation (installation of ATG/JBOSS on RedHat (RHEL) Servers)



Requirements

Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Applied Computer Science (Computer Applications) or Computer Engineering or any Engineering field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or with software development required.
* Required skills: Hands on experience executing full life-cycle software development, QA support, defect fixes, leading design and development of e-commerce solutions, and developing Oracle ATG Commerce solutions and Rest Services on ATG Rest, Java/JEE development, Performance Analysis (Dynatrace), Caching Solutions (Redis/Coherence), Security Standards (OWASP), JMS/Message Brokers, HTML/CSS/Javascript, ATG design patterns, API/Web Services development; SQL, PL/SQL programming; application modeling and UML (Visio/RationalRose), Third Party Integration (Paypal, Cybersource, Bazaarvoice), Testing Frameworks (ATGDust, Mockito, PowerMock, Selenium, UFT), CI/CD (Jenkins), Quality Check Tools (SonarQube, CS/FB/PMD), Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, Shell programming language, ATG Installation (ATG/JBOSS on Red Hat (RHEL) Servers.)
