Job Description

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical design, development, testing and support of software applications. Work with business users, vendors and cross functional teams and support functions. Formulate and participate in new software scope and requirements, break-fix work and testing. Develop Java based extension of Sterling OMS. Implement Order Management Solutions (OMS) using Sterling. Integrate Order Capture, Store Systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Technical environment:Sterling OMS, IBM Sterling Commerce Order Management System (OMS/DOM), IBM Sterling Commerce Multi Channel Suite, IBM Sterling Business Center (SBC), Inventory Management, IBM Sterling Webstore, IBM Sterling Call/contact Center, Sterling Configurator and Security Implementation; sourcing and fulfillment modules of OMS; integrating Order Capture, Store Systems, WMS; HTML, HTTP, SOA, Angular JS, J2EE; Unix (HP, IBM, Red Hat Linux), C++, Java, XML, Java programming (Servlets, JSP, EJB, JDBC, Swing); parsers, JAXP XML, log4j, XSL, XPath, Oracle Database, DB2 Database, Oracle Weblogic Server, JMS Queues, IBM Commerce On Cloud, Custom APIs, Mashup XMLs, Ext JS, Struts XML, JSON, Tibco, Docker, Splunk.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications or Information systems /Technology plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or with software development OR Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, or Information systems /Technology plus 5 years of progressive experience in the job offered or with software development required.
* Required Skills: software development experience implementing/enhancing OMS using IBM Sterling in retail industries (OMS/DOM, Inventory Management, Webstore, Call/Contact Center, sourcing and fulfillment modules); integrating Order Capture, Store Systems, WMS; HTML, HTTP, SOA, Angular JS, J2EE; Unix (HP, IBM, Red Hat Linux), C++, XML, Java programming (Servlets, JSP, EJB, JDBC, Swing); parsers, XSL, Databases (Oracle,DB2), Weblogic, JMS, IBM Commerce On Cloud, Tibco, Docker, Splunk. 20% telecommuting permitted
