OUTFRONT is currently looking for an energetic and driven Project Manager to join its Project Management Team based in NYC. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-caliber individual to join and assist in the evolution of our enterprise services offerings within the OUTFRONT Technology Solutions (OTS) group. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading teams to deliver key technology programs, spanning one or more business units, across the portfolio. This individual will be part of a team that bridges the gap between business teams, vendors, technology partners and internal OTS teams. The project manager will manage resources, schedule and scope for assigned initiatives in accordance with project goals, implementation strategies, and client needs. Principal Responsibilities: Lead successful delivery of initiatives, from initiate to deployment Supervise project and provide direction to a large and diverse project team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope and budget Direct the development of project goals, work plans, timeliness and implementation strategies Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of projects Partner with business stakeholders to define scope and priorities for system initiatives (new projects and ongoing maintenance); drive business engagement and relationships to understand key business objectives to support analysis and solution definition Manage and account for project budgets and contracts Identify and coordinate with program committees and advisory groups Plan, facilitate and conduct meetings Measure, evaluate and communicate project performance Manage issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a willingness to work in a dynamic, complex environment, have a solution-oriented mindset, and strong understanding of enterprise IT service delivery models and SDLC and project management methodologies. The candidate should demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to the role, and be committed to championing innovation and driving execution excellence. 3+ years' in project management in the information technology sector, including planning, development, implementation and evaluation of large, complex projects Distinctive people skills with a proven track record of influencing, driving change, and stakeholder engagement Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Demonstrated flexibility and ability to perform in a dynamic environment Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, Slack and Lucid Charts The ability to work well in a team Education/Certifications: Project management training, PMP certification preferred Agile training, certification preferred Bachelor's Degree To all Recruitment Agencies: OUTFRONT Media LLC does not accept agency and unsolicited resumes.
