We're about to bring the digital revolution to out-of-home, and we would like to invite your creative mind, eyes and hands to join us in bringing ON Smart Media to life. The Role The On Smart Media team is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to assist in designing powerful experiences across a suite of ad tech software tools intended to serve both internal and external constituents. We are looking for a designer that can work closely with our UX/UI lead throughout entire UX process, bringing the product's team requirements to life through exception design and an intuitive user experience. In this role you will work closely with product owners and front-end engineers to ensure the designs created are implemented correctly. Duties Research and integrate latest trends into project conception Develop low and high-fidelity wireframes, site maps, user flows, scenarios, prototypes, and branding guidelines Develop technical documentation, annotated documentation, experience mapping, and data trends, Review and interpret creative briefs and develop original design concepts Embrace and apply design thinking principles with agile methods Collaborate with a team of professionals to generate exceptional UX and UI design Assist in guiding junior team members in best UX/UI practices Provide regular progress reports for ongoing web/interactive design projects Periodically review websites and other interactive properties and recommend updates on content and design In addition to company supplied training, maintain ongoing self-training to ensure a high level of skills and knowledge Stays current regarding web design trends, tools and practices Requirements 5-7 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong focus on web based software tools Ability work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to a production schedule Ability to integrate constructive feedback on design solutions Ability to problem solve complex design problems with creativity and efficiency Experience participating in the full user experience process with the ability to talk to it Experience managing junior designers and researchers Experience in creating prototypes and wireframes Strong UX/UI design skills and knowledge base   Strong experience with software web applications design that serves a range of users and requirements Strong understanding and experience of product development under an Agile flow Strong experience in working closely with product and development teams Strong experience in Adobe Suite Strong experience with wireframing and user flow tools such as InVision, omniGraffle, Sketch, UX Pin, Axure, Balsamiq, etc. Strong ability to communicate ideas clearly Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/JQuery, and additional code What To Provide: Most up to date resume A link to a portfolio that shows a clear understanding of the full UX/UI research and design process Examples of work related to web based software tools To all Recruitment Agencies: OUTFRONT Media LLC does not accept agency and unsolicited resumes.
