We are currently seeking a Digital Design Co-op to support the Digital Marketing team. This role is focused on providing production support for the completion of a wide variety of internal marketing creative. In this role, you will work closely with designers, project managers, and our development team toward meeting project deadlines.

Impact you'll have: Direct impact on the delivery and performance of banner ads, emails and web marketing campaign promotions used worldwide.

This role would start in July 2019 and will be for 6 months.

Responsibilities:

* Supporting the Digital Marketing team by creating or editing campaign promotions for banner ads, emails and web-pages
* Creating, maintaining, resizing and exporting optimized images for the web
* Responsible for various edits to existing creative assets
* Designing static and animated banner ads in Photoshop
* Constructing national online promotions using Photoshop based on creative briefs
* Validating the accuracy of campaign content before review
* Adhering to branding guidelines across all digital e-commerce projects

* Effectively complete a high volume of production tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Set and meet a high level of performance standards
* Take any requested changes, updates, or feedback in stride while maintaining a positive attitude
* Work with a sense of urgency and accuracy
* Be comfortable in an environment where priorities can shift, resources are limited and collaboration is critical to success



Qualifications:

* Available for a full-time, six-month commitment
* Interest in technology
* Have strong knowledge of Sketch or Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
* Some development experience a plus (HTML and HTML5)
* Work with a sense of urgency and accuracy
* Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate with team members effectively
* Experience working with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Organized and possess a keen eye for detail
* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and changing requests
* Some multimedia experience a plus (Flash)
