Overview

This role will be part of a team that onboards new client programs. This role will be responsible for setting up new incentive programs. As a Configuration Specialist you will be responsible for translating the client requirements into configurations on proprietary systems, promotion set-up and testing and operational guideline creation. This position reports into a Sr. Manager of Onboarding.

Responsibilities

* Translates client requirements into proprietary system functionality
* Execution of steps required to setup a new client in proprietary systems
* Set-up, QA and test new promotions using proprietary systems
* Monitor and manage promotional schedules for timely delivery
* Documentation of promotion/campaign processes and any other related activities
* Set-up of consumer-facing communications
* Creation of operational guidelines used for ongoing client support/maintenance
* Set-up of client instances of workflow and customer service tools
* Support Onboarding Project Manager
* All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
* 1 year account management or client services experience preferred
* Problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
* Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and easily adapt to change
* Excellent organizational skills
* Strong PC, Excel and System skills and experience
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrate a positive attitude and customer service focus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
* Detail-oriented
* Travel less than 5% of time
