Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Field and prioritize customer requests and direct them to the appropriate team to ensure quick resolution.
* Keep abreast of operational projects thru all phases; requirements, planning, analysis and design and implementation.
* Work with a cross-functional team and provide proactive information to the customer on project/task schedule, trends, risks and issues.
* Monitor and track progression of incidents and requests and provide timely and frequent progress updates.
* Ensure customer requests are given the correct priority and visibility.
* Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
* Present reports and recommendations to senior level personnel and management.
* Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum of 10 years' experience in the IT field in service delivery management, business analysis or project management.
* Bachelor's degree in related field.
* Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Experience in network administration and IT Troubleshooting.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* Experience managing IT projects.
* Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD).

Desired Qualifications:

* Active DHS Entry On Duty (EOD).
* Relevant DHS focused experience.
* PMP Certification.
