OUTFRONT Media's Information Technology department is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analyst who is passionate about data and determining business trends to increase profits and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Manager of Business Intelligence, this position is responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to define data/analytical needs and support delivery of data visualization through technology. Essential Job Functions: • Collaborate with business lines (Sales, Finance, Real Estate, Shared Service) to define reporting requirements and key performance metrics • Assist data warehouse team in the design of data structures and data extracts to support comprehensive data collection, loading, and extraction for complex analyses • Identify data quality issues impacting reporting and coordinate with peer development teams changes to source systems to facilitate data cleansing • Determine opportunities for data transformation during the ETL phase of data sourcing • Design and showcase dashboards and reports sourced from the data warehouse and deliver through an appropriate technology, primarily in Business Intelligence software • Demonstrate consistent ability to creatively look at sales, finance, and operational data, defining new ways to derive insights from internal and external data sources • Participate in special projects as these opportunities present themselves Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree • 2+ years previous experience with business intelligence technology solutions • Must be analytic, creative and self-motivated • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and technology team • Knowledge in setting up and maintaining analytics solutions • Strong ability to solve analytical problems using quantitative approaches • Ability to balance between data needs and requirements for action • Oracle Business Intelligence experience (OBIEE, BICS, OAC) preferred • Experience with Oracle SQL tools (Toad, SQL Developer) a plus To all Recruitment Agencies: OUTFRONT Media LLC does not accept agency and unsolicited resumes.
