Job Description SummaryThe Apttus Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Administrator works with users in commercial operations, sales, marketing & IT to elicit and translate business process and system needs into functional requirements. This position is responsible for the collection of business requirements, translation of business requirements into functional specifications, documentation and verification of processes, development of test cases, and facilitation of governance of solutions across business and technical stakeholders. The candidate needs to possess strong communication, problem solving, relationship-building, negotiation skills in addition to possessing knowledge and proven experience in project management while working within the business / IT matrix. Experience and a working knowledge of Commercial Operations, Contracting, sales and marketing processes is beneficial. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, analytical, and innovative, will prioritize effectively, will be detail oriented and able to work with cross-functional teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

* Apttus implementation project member with focus on:
* Refinement of the business requirements during development phase
* Maintain governance of solutions and drive best practices across business units
* Serve as a liaison between business and IT to drive standard approach to technical design
* Coordination of efforts with other teams and with IT to complete interfaces and complementary components to deliver those requirements
* Leading of UAT test cycles for project
* Master Data resource for data migration
* Training the Trainer and Commercial Operations super users.


* Support of current Apttus system
* Support delegated administrators/super users to enable them to provide first level support for training, data requests and dashboards and reporting
* Triage Apttus related requests and provide day to day troubleshooting and technical support for end users
* Work with business users to translate the business needs into technical requirements for system enhancements
* Maintain governance of solutions and drive best practices across business units
* Manage enhancement request process - prioritization, communication, facilitation of user functional / acceptance testing and training on new enhancements
* Manage Templates and Clause Playbooks in conjunction with contract's super users.
* Determine business report requirements and develop required reports in conjunction with Salesforce.com Delegated Administrator
* Collaborate with IT System Admin to ensure application is in "good health"

Requirements:

* 2+ years proven functional/technical professional with Salesforce.com implementation or support
* Hands-on experience with one or more CLM tools such as Apttus or Salesforce
* Familiar with both Waterfall and Agile project methodology
* 2+ years proven project management experience, preferred
* BS, preferred
