Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Skills Required:

v Minimum 15 years' experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of software development life cycle(s) (SDLC).

v Must have solid experience in writing SQL statements for data validations

v Ability to design, develop, test and debug tests cases/scripts/plans/strategy documents

v 5 Years of experience in healthcare with ANSI 5010 X12 Transaction Sets knowledge is a must

v Proficiency with writing Proof of concepts

v Experience using automation tools and apply CICD process

v Experience working with Java-based RESTful, Webservice APIs

v Knowledgeable in reading app diagrams and user flowcharts

v Collaborate effectively with all cross-functional teams and raise questions/clarifications on any vague requirements or functionality

v Provide support during UAT phase and Live deployment - executing smoke tests and validating/reproducing reported issues

v 5 years of deep (really deep) .NET development (C#) development experience including cross platform communication technologies such as Web API or WCF

v 5 years of database design, SQL programming and performance tuning experience

v Must have Azure and Amazon AWS would be an asset

v Must have database and SQL coding experience such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL

v Must have deep knowledge on IaaS, PaaS, SaaS

Education/Qualification and Certifications:

v This position requires a Master's degree in Computer Applications and 15 years of work experience in related field

v Minimum 5 years in IT Technical architectural experience in health care industry

v Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization

v Service-oriented self-starter who takes initiative

Job Roles and Responsibilities

v Directs the activities of software applications development

v Manages the development, installation, and maintenance of computer programs for business applications

v Directs and coordinates activities related to the design, development and implementation of software operating systems

v Plans, conducts, and coordinates business programming applications activities

v Establishes programming standards and program documentation requirements

v Reviews current status of system applications and prepares recommendations for improvements

v Manages the development and implementation of web applications

Manages the technical programming and database development related to the organization's website
