Checkr is looking for an experienced Technical Implementation Services Manager to help drive execution with our most important customers. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functionally across all internal teams as well as the executive team and serve as the Customer Success technical counterpart for on-boarding and addressing ongoing technical needs. You will translate relevant, actionable information to be digestible by multiple audiences both technical and non-technical (project-level resources to executives). What a typical week looks like at Checkr:

* Build scripts and tools to expedite the onboarding of customers
* Deliver performant, reliable, scalable, and secure code
* Work with Product and Engineering teams to migrate services into product
* Educate prospects and customers on best practices for Checkr integration
* Answer technical questions from partner and customer Engineering teams
* Wireframe custom integration flows
* Distill and communicate customer needs to the Product team
* Communicate and influence on project planning, execution, and delivery
* Manage dependencies both within and across the company for multiple projects running simultaneously
* Provide ongoing deployment progress to management using relevant reporting tools and dashboards

What you bring:

* 7+ years in a customer facing engineering role
* Outstanding written/oral/presentation skills; able to communicate at multiple levels within customer's organization (executives to analysts)
* Strong technical understanding of software systems at scale
* Knowledge of REST API best practices and external API integration
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
* Proficiency in Ruby or Python
* Knowledgeable in SQL and databases
* Live in the San Francisco Bay Area - can commute to Checkr HQ in San Francisco
