ATP FortiSIEM Customer Engagement Engineer The Customer Engagement Engineer is a hybrid role that will be a mixture of pre-sales systems engineering, project management, and critical account escalation management. The Customer Engagement engineer will be temporarily assigned to accounts in the US and Canada on a per project basis and will require travel up to 35percent.Primary Responsibilities:• Manage pre-sales and post sales engagements to optimize customer value derived from FortiSIEM• Collaborate with ATP Regional Sales Managers and Regional Consulting Engineers ensuring customers understand how to deliver value to their organization with FortiSIEM• In accounts with critical product issues, assist in the development of success plans for customers that outline critical success factors, metrics for success, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations• Monitor customer satisfaction• Maximize feature adoption for customer who have already purchased FortiSIEM• Deliver outstanding service and problem resolution to Fortinet customers• Understand client wants/needs and work with Product Management team to suggest, design, and deliver product enhancements and solutionsRequired Skills:• Strong technical and hands-on skills, strong pre-sales skills• 8+ years of experience in technical/pre-sales support as a Sales or Systems Engineer • Expert level knowledge of SIEM technology.• Broad understanding of data center and public cloud architecture.• Strong communication and presentation skills• Project planning skills• Ability to work independently with little direction Education:• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
