Are you highly motivated to lead large cross-team programs that deliver cutting edge software and services? Are you equally as comfortable digging into business requirements and product planning as you are drilling into technical architecture and design? Amazon Business needs a Technical Program Manager to plan, design and execute large scale global programs which build the ultimate customer experience for businesses.

Amazon business launched in 2015. We're driven to become the most customer-centric provider of business products and services in the world and are looking for a technical program manager who can help us achieve our lofty goals. The ideal candidate is able to:

* Interact with Project Sponsors, Project Stakeholders as well as multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex features.
* Work alongside developers and architects to build and design the next generation of scalable systems.
* Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs which balance the business needs with technical constraints.
* Plan and manage multiple parallel projects.
* Maximize resources for the greater good of the organization.
* Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
* Create, maintain and disseminate project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner to stakeholders.
* Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
* Be the glue that is able to understand, plan, and manage the cross-team interdependencies for complex systems.
* Apply best practices to the software development lifecycle for projects based on experience with a number of agile and blended approaches.
* Build and maintain integrated project schedules that account for internal/external dependencies, differing SDLC approaches, numerous constraints, and adequately factors in some contingency for some unplanned delays.
* Remain flexible to changing priorities, committed to improvement, and open to new ideas
