Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, reporting, control and completion of assigned projects. Must ensure project objectives are met and remain aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of Ten-X. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and track project health, staying alert for risks and resolving issues as they arise.

Responsibilities/Duties

* Disciplined project management and leadership skills along with experience delivering solutions to large external clients.
* Candidates are expected to have a working knowledge of technology and be comfortable in defining both business and technical delivery plans.
* Candidates must be able to understand, plan and manage all aspects of work needed to successfully adopt a solution, place into production and operationally transfer to the client.
* Confidence in self and organization, and a 'can-do' attitude in the face of change and ambiguity.

* Management of construction projects and budgets
* Estimating / forecasting skills.

* Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, Outlook, Power Point
* Experience dealing with internal and external clients in a service environment.
* A proven record of accomplishment in leading a team of project management professionals.
* Experience in construction including costing and standard practices/techniques.
* Experience in contract administration and a good general knowledge of construction law and building codes
* Strong communication and presentation skills in an executive facing role
* A proven ability to manage resources which do not have a direct reporting relationship.
* Change Management understanding and experience is an asset

Education/Experience

* Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree in technical or business disciple
* 7-10 years' experience as a Project Manager leading business systems development, integration, and implementation projects, in a consulting environment.
* Commercial real estate industry knowledge highly preferred
* PMP certification preferred; PMO experience preferred
* Elite-level proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel required
* Experience with Agile preferred
* Proficiency with software tools including but not limited to ProductPlan, JIRA, Confluence, etc
