JOB SUMMARY
We're looking for a dynamic and highly-motivated individual that is seeking a position with the global leader in commercial real estate services. This candidate will lead multiple projects and architect, build, deploy and maintain many of our industry leading business applications. The candidate must have senior engineering experience with End Point management tools, SCCM, Altiris, Airwatch, inTune, poweshell, vbscript, Carbon Black, Crowdstrike McAfee and other scripting technologies. Work with Identity Management tools for group policy administration across multiple domains.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Define complex system requirements and objectives based on business needs and deliver high quality solutions based on automation with end point management tools, including software packaging, scripting with power shell
Troubleshoot and resolve system service failures by identifying and analyzing the situation and provide corrective actions.
Provide senior level expertise on decisions and priorities regarding systems architecture.
Facilitate the establishment and implementation of standards, processes, and documentation that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions.
Manage and maintain End Point Management Tools
Manage and maintain Identity Management Tools
Work closely with development teams to test applications and assist in providing direction for defect fixes and system enhancements.
Simplify complex ideas and present the information in group settings.
QUALIFICATIONS

Industry related certifications preferred.
Strong systems engineering skills with an emphasis on enterprise scale architecture.
5 to 7+ years experience of advanced knowledge in Windows 2008, Active Directory/ADFS and UAG
Strong background in windows OS, virtualization, and the Microsoft Active Directory service model.
Technical level beyond ADFS and UAG applications.
Ability to troubleshoot complex problems, manage and resolve in a timely manner.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Powershell 2.0 and vbscript.
Strong communication and conceptual skills with desire to share knowledge and cross-train.
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
Energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic is a must.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. Typically has 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Technical certifications in the specialty area, such as CISCO or Microsoft.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
