AWS Incident Management develops the ITSM product suite for Amazon that enable ticketing and agile project management across all of Amazon. Our products are mission critical, highly available and operate at Amazon scale. There is hardly anyone at Amazon who has not used the tools we own.
We are revamping one of our most widely used internal web applications, and are looking for a seasoned SDM to build the team and the product vision, define and deliver the roadmap for the internal application and drive the strategy for externalization.
As a senior leader within the group, you'll be empowered to take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities including -
* Hiring, retaining, and growing top engineering talent within your group. * Working on business strategy to define product vision and roadmap that is compelling and growth oriented. * Meet customers where they are and where they'll be multiple years from now * Deliver results that will delight our customers, owning execution/prioritization/risk decisions along the way. * Own products that will stand the test of time and scale.
You will work with some of the best talent to define the developer experience using cloud-native tooling at scale. You will have large impact on all of Amazon and find this role to be engaging, challenging, and full of opportunities.
