Job Description

This is an opportunity to join the Treasury Technology team during its early stages to build software tools that will transform our Treasury and Risk operations. We are building new a technology organization to support automation and build scale into our systems and processes in support of business growth. We will build productivity tools in lieu of hiring additional operational headcount. Our team is building new capabilities around four competencies: Data management/visualization, new platforms, AI/Automation, and 3P system analysis and support.

You will work with a new team of product managers, TPM's, and engineers to build new financial tools. We will start by building a Trade Request System (TRS) that will automate our intake processes and provide pipeline and better reporting for our Traders. You will also work across our Treasury and Risk teams to contribute to a multiyear roadmap and product strategy.

The ideal candidate is clearly passionate about delivering experiences that delight customers and creating solutions that are robust. A commitment to team work, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are absolute requirements. Creating reliable, scalable, and high performance solutions requires exceptional technical expertise, a sound understanding of the fundamentals of Computer Science, and practical experience building large-scale distributed systems. This person has thrived and succeeded in fast paced environment where learning new concepts quickly is a must.
