Join our team of talented, dynamic and passionate software engineers, working with key architects, product managers, and other stakeholders delivering a new generation of on-demand Enterprise solutions designed to meet the needs of today's global businesses. The team's overall goal will be to accelerate the delivery of our product features in an agile environment while safeguarding the high quality our customers expect from Workday applications.

Workday is unique in that it builds enterprise software in the cloud on a single codeline through a continuous development model, leveraging on virtual IDE's in EC2, allowing for rapid delivery of our software to our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Design and develop feature rich enterprise software, which meets our customer's requirements and expectations.
* Collaborate in an agile environment and be an active participant in refining and enhancing the process.
* Solve problems relating to your teams features, building in automation to prevent the problems from reoccurring.
* Mentor other members within the team.
* Influence and create new designs for large-scale distributed SaaS solutions.
* Keep feature stakeholders updated throughout the development cycle.

Qualifications

* BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
* 3- 8 years' experience with Java or C#
